| Tom and Barbara took our home of thirty-eight years and used their skills and sense of the market to reshape it into an instant seller. Tom was always available to answer questions, file construction permits, get needed building materials, and work with the carpenters, painters, plumbers, electricians etc. They took such an interest in our project that one would have thought it was their own home! The re-modeling was taking place while we were 2500 miles away in Arizona but their great communication skills kept us informed of every little step and left us with no worries. They suggested some low cost updates to my home and recommended contractors who were available and reasonable to do the work. They then staged my home, adding many attractive pieces to make my house more appealing. They had a professional photographer to take photos for the listing. We immediately had a great deal of traffic and it continued for several weeks. We received two offers within three weeks and they successfully negotiated the sale of my home, working hard for me every step of the way, giving me advice on what to do and what not to do.
